Dolly Parton got called in a bit early as the Goats go on to win 8-5 in a game of momentum shifts. The Rockabillys started out 5-0 when Springfield tied it up with one big inning in the top of the 7th. Jackson then put up 3 unanswered to close out the night and cue the fireworks.
Jackson was led by excellent pitching by Kaden Crawford who threw for 5 innings of 2 hit baseball allowing no runs during his time on the rubber. The offence was led by Zach Robinson who had a 4/5 contest with 2 doubles and 5 stolen bases in a new spot in the lineup, the 5 hole.
Jackson is back at home tonight as they take on Springfield yet again to try and clinch the series for the first half. Tonight is Yukon Tumbler giveaway night thanks to our friends at Froggy 104.1 as well as Yukon as the first 500 adult fans will be given a custom Rockabillys 40 oz. tumbler.
